In early 2025 my shop will have the capability to repair your broken and ugly front baffles to like-new condition and meet the form-fit-function of Piper Comanche part numbers 21138 and 21139 for the right and left front baffles, respectively.  Following FAR 21.303 (b) (2), owners can send their part which provides the required specifications for me to reproduce it under the owner produced part provisions of the FARs.  The owner will participate by providing the spec (the part) and assuring the quality of the repair.  A certified A&P mechanic can then assess the airworthiness of the repaired part and install it in the aircraft as an owner produced part.  These will be affordable for all Comanche owners.
